Tree studies in Montana

I play alot with the space between trees in my collages. I love the light passing through trees and the colours and space or lack of space.

Scenes of infrared around the hood

Tim my favorite collaborator (who I also have the pleasure of being married to) built an infrared camera. It had some issues that made it's use initially more complex then I was able to conceive and waited for it's use to be dumbed down a bit.

This is an evening walk in the heat of the Seattle summer, which was received in abundance this year, hopefully enough to make it through the less so winter.

Collage, back in action

Getting back into my process which had been stifled for a bit due to other obligations...

Now i have been through several bottles of resin and  I am feeling fine.

Twisted Celosia

I remember having one of these plants in my slug ridden garden space back in my parents home in Buffalo. The one I had back then only had one bloom where as this has multiples of tens. Not that you can see the multitude of blooms form this image but more the fuzzy coral ness of it's edges. Twisted Celosia!
